In Wiesbaden, Salvatore Cavallo has now created another culinary masterpiece: a fusion of Italian pasta cuisine with the best meat and recipes from South America.
Steak & Pasta is the name of the concept for the new Isoletta in the state capital. Homemade pasta specialities are paired with authentic meat dishes from overseas.
The fresh salad bar and the well-stocked wine cellar round up the culinary pleasure at Taunusstrasse 23.
You can choose whether you want to sit exclusively under the 5 m high stucco ceiling or prefer the historic wine and vaulted cellar, which is also available for events and celebrations with up to 50 people.
